Amount Paid by Customer in any form (Cash/Debit Card/ Credit Card/Online Transfer/COD) or any other means of payment provided on our website is non-refundable as Ganeshvani Jyotish Sansthan is your personal Janam Kundli which is completely customized and can not be transferred to anyone else or resold.

 

We are sad to hear that you want to cancel your order with Ganeshvani Jyotish Sansthan . Our Cancellation Policy falls under below-mentioned condition only:

1.If you cancel your product within 12 hrs of placing the order by calling 0129-430-15-11

In above mentioned case, we will refund your entire amount in the same way it was paid to Ganeshvani Jyotish Sansthan  within 20 working days.

 

The products sent to you are customized according to the information provided by you. In case you get your courier tempered, do not accept that courier at the time of the delivery. We will reprint your product(s) and send you back within 1-15 days of product returned to the office. In case you find information error i.e. birth details, these errors will not be entertained by the company in any circumstances as your product is customized according to the information provided by you at the time of placing the order.
